Refund policy

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns on unwanted items provided that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

In order to qualify for a refund, the candle must be:

  • Unused and unburnt
  • In its original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition

Any returning items showing signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

  • Include your order number in your message

Failure to contact us within this timeframe may affect our ability to resolve the issue.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases where a replacement or refund is approved due to damage or fault, return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving the item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
