Shipping Policy & Information
We aim to ensure your order is prepared and delivered as smoothly as possible. Please review the following information below carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Processing times may be extended (and therefore slightly longer) during peak periods.
Dispatch & Shipping
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and some selected destinations internationally.
Available destinations and shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Methods & Estimated Times
In order to give customers more control over the speed of delivery we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.
UK Orders
- Tracked 24: Estimated 1-2 business days after dispatch
- Tracked 48: Estimated 2–3 business days after dispatch
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery method.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided for orders shipped once the item has been dispatched.
Delayed Deliveries
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other events outside our control. If a delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address, delays or losses caused by incorrect and incomplete information being provided by the buyer. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply.
In order to prevent this we advise the buyer to allow more time when completing the delivery address section to ensure address accuracy.
Email Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the email address provided at checkout is also accurate and up to date. Order confirmations, dispatch notifications, and tracking information (where applicable) are sent to this email address.
We are not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect or incomplete email addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error in your contact details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update our records where feasible.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days of the expected delivery date along with your order number and relevant details so we can investigate and assist.
